Samuel, Koupaïa and Alanis discovered Hula, the traditional Hawai`ian dance, when watching the Disney cartoon ``Lilo and Stitch''. Laëtitia, Koupaïa, and Alanis had decided that they were going to learn how to dance hula while in Hawai`i. Alanis is in fact too young to join a group of dancers. Samuel, a bit jealous, went to watch Koupaïa's first rehearsal. He pestered his mother until she accepted to ask the teacher whether a boy could join the group (everybody knew that the answer was going to be negative, but when a Vivien has put an idea in their thick mind is quite hard to dislodge it). In fact, boys can dance hula, the only problem being that Samuel is the only boy of the whole troup. But he is not disturbed so easily. So, after a mere two weeks of rehearsals, Samuel, Koupaïa and Laëtitia danced hula for the Aloha festival floral parade ! Alanis and Frédéric went to see them and brought back some photographs. In fact, a lot of them, because they had to wait a long long time before the arrival of their dancers. You may find that this slideshow is very very long and repetitive to watch. Just imagine that Alanis had to endure it all (and more) live !
